At the Halina André labs we are committed to producing the highest quality skin care products, using the best United States Pharmacopoeia grade ingredients available. Where applicable ingredients are stored in climate-controlled areas for freshness and shelf life.
We adhere to a strict standard of cleanliness in all production facilities to ensure the purity of each product manufactured is held to the highest values.
All ingredients used in production come with a Certificate of Analysis and a Material Data Safety Sheet to ensure its integrity.
Products are manufactured with time tested formulas and procedures documenting each step of production.
Finished products are sent to an independent lab for aerobic plate count testing prior to stocking. Additionally samples are tested in-house and archived for two years for each batch made.
Our labs operate under the Good Manufacturing Practices as established by the FDA.
Labeling, Packaging and Distribution
Our retail packaging labels adhere to FD&C Act. “This law and regulations enacted under its authority require the cosmetic label to state the name and place of business of the manufacturer, packer or distributor; an accurate statement of the quantity of contents; and any appropriate directions for safe use and/or warning statements. This information must comply with additional regulatory requirements. It must be prominent and appear in the proper location on the label.”
Packaging prior to filling is cleaned and sterilized for any potential contaminants and stored in a climate-controlled environment after filling. All containers are coded with the batch code and date of production.
Distribution worldwide is prepared using recommended packing by UPS and worldwide carriers. National deliveries are typically shipped with in 72 hours of order placement.
